Brookes hires certified teachers with at least one university degree from an accredited university. Hiring priority is given to teaching couples and single teachers with at least 2 years international school teaching experience and IB training. The hiring philosophy is designed to attract well qualified and experienced IB trained teachers as well as providing career development opportunities through a number of responsibility positions.
The compensation package of the Brookes Schools covers the basic salary arrangement, social security and pension scheme together with various benefits and allowances. The salary arrangements outlined in this policy apply only to full time teaching staff. Other policies cover posts such as management, administration and part-time teachers.
